1. Close ProPresenter and reopen it. 

2. Click the + in the Playlist box. 

3. Choose Planning Center service...

4. Log into Planning Center. If your own login doesn't work, ask Ben, Amanda, or Aaron for theirs. 

5. Choose the correct service. 

1. Click on the playlist for today.

2. Click on the song that is missing. 

3. Click on the Songs folder at top left. 

4. Scroll down alphabetically to see if the song is there under a slightly different name. If the name is different at all, ProPresenter won't match it to the playlist. 

5. If you find it, drag it into the playlist at the right so it attaches to the song title. 

6. If you don't find it, click File at the top left, then choose Import, then choose SongSelect. 

7. Search the title of the song that is missing. 

8. Click on the right song, and import it to the Songs folder. The template should be Grace Lyrics. 

9. Above the playlist by date, click the refresh button. The song should match and appear. If not, go find it in the Songs folder and drag it to the playlist. 

1. In the title bar of the song, choose the icon that looks like a box connected to several other boxes below it. This is the arrangements button. 

2. Where it says Master (or someone's name), click to see the other options in the dropdown menu. 

3. If the worship leader's name appears, choose that arrangement. 

4. If the worship leader's name does not appear, create a new arrangement. 

5. You can now reorder the parts of the song by dragging them into a different order, pulling one down from the top row, or deleting them out of the arrangement by clicking the X in that box. 

6. You can hide the arrangement by clicking the arrangements button again. 

1. Change the arrangement from Master to the worship leader's name in the dropdown. (See Help, the lyrics aren't in order for more detail.)

1. Click on the missing announcement in the playlist to bring it to the top of the right hand frame. 

2. Click on the announcements folder at the top left. 

3. Search for the correct announcement. Sometimes the playlist says Welcome Guests when the matching announcement slide is called Connect. 

4. Drag the correct announcement into the playlist's space for the announcement. They should match and the announcement slide appear. 

5. If the announcement is not in the folder, open the folder at the bottom task bar, navigate to the thumb drive, and look in the thumb drive for the announcement. 

6. If there is still no corresponding announcement, ask Amanda or Aaron. 

1. Look in the Sermons folder at the top left for today's date. If you find it, you've been blessed. 

2. Since it's probably not in the Sermons folder, you will create the slides for the sermon. Click the + in the title bar for the sermon in the playlist. Name the sermon 'Sermon mm/dd/yy'.

3. A blank slide appears. 

4. Click Bible at top. Search the verses from the sermon script. Select them, right click copy them. 

5. Click Show at top. Right click the blank slide, paste the verses. Right click the blank slide, copy it. Right click the last verse slide, paste the blank slide. 

6. Repeat steps 4 and 5 until all the verses from the sermon script are added. End with a blank slide. 

1. Find the countdown timer in the folder called Videos at top left. It is called Grace Countdown 2023. 

2. Don't do anything. Even though it doesn't appear to be working, it will. Trust and obey, there is no other way.
