Give to Be Rich 2026
In 2026, our collective generosity is going to two initiatives:
Snack Packs for Kids and Uber to Church
SNACK PACKS
Snack packs for kids is a program of Grace Church to pack and deliver food for kids in our neighborhoods who would not otherwise have reliable access to food outside of school. We partner with schools in our area to identify children and teens who in need of weekend food. Schools communicate to us the number of bags needed and volunteers then pack these bags to be delivered each week. These schools then deliver the snack packs that Grace Church packs to the kids in need.
2026-27 will be our fourth year delivering snack packs to our partner schools.
UBER TO CHURCH
2026-27 will be our first year offering a free trip to church to students living on UNM main campus and the vicinity. Uber to Church is a program that allows a student or group of students to ride to Grace Church and back to campus each Sunday, arriving for our service times. Many students who live on campus do not have easy access to a church where they will hear the word of God consistently preached. This is our initiative to bridge that gap.
The Be Rich movement is a generosity initiative centered around the principles of giving, serving, and loving others. The movement draws inspiration from the biblical verse 1 Timothy 6:18, emphasizing the importance of doing good, being rich in good deeds, and demonstrating generosity.

The nationwide movement highlights the collective impact of participants by sharing impressive statistics. As of 2024, 113 churches have contributed 557,540 hours of service and $80,873,416 in donations to nonprofits since 2007.
This emphasis on cumulative impact underscores the movement's commitment to making a significant and lasting difference in communities globally.
