We have developed policies and procedures regarding the use of our church
- the classrooms, multi-purpose room, kitchens, gym, etc. Following is the use and fee schedule. The policy was developed in an effort to accommodate the needs of our church members, while still exercising good stewardship of what God has provided, and making our church available to the community.
Priority for facility use will be given as follows, on a first-come, first served basis:
1. Ministries 2. Church members 3. Others NOTE: There will be no charge for using the facility for Grace Church ministries or ministries affiliated with Grace Church members ; i.e., MOPS, ISM, Joni & Friends, etc. However, the walk-through and kitchen training requirements described below do apply.
Classrooms: No fee. However, users are responsible for set-up and clean-up.* Multi-purpose room & small kitchen with coffee/drinks prep only: $125 Multi-purpose room & small kitchen with feed/meal prep: $150 Small Kitchen for coffee/drinks prep only: $25 Small kitchen for food/meal prep: $50 Gymnasium: $150 (NOTE: Price will be adjusted for large-scale events) Commercial kitchen for coffee/drinks prep only:** $25 Commercial kitchen for food/meal prep:** $100 Wedding only: $250 - includes rehearsal, sound technician, janitorial service - Plus damage deposit of $50 Wedding & reception:* $350 - includes rehearsal, sound technical, janitorial service - Plus damage deposit of $100 Sound technician: $25 per hour WITH A 3-HOUR MINIMUM CHARGE OF $75. $25/hour for each additional hour.
*An orientation/walk-through and review with the Church schedule coordinator will be required of anyone who wishes to use the facility. **The kitchen has commercial-grade equipment which can be hazardous to anyone who is not properly trained; and there are some materials that must not be used to clean the equipment or it will be ruined. Therefore, anyone wishing to use the kitchen will be required to receive training by our 'kitchen supervisor."
