Building Connections @ Grace Church

Our Call

This is such an exciting time in the life of our church, because there are many needs, and so much inistry arising from those needs! As the body of Christ here at Grace Church, we have a need to connect on a deeper level with each other and with new people that continue to join our church family.

We truly believe that God calls us to be the body of Christ for each other through support and connection, and also to be His body to our community. To accomplish this, we desire to reach out and meet specific needs in this neighborhood. So Building Connections will be an exciting journey of creating more space to wonderfully increase our effectiveness for ongoing ministries to our children, youth, and adults, and greatly impact our service and outreach to the community!

Our Plan

Our plan for Building Connections is to build a 19,000 square-foot addition to the northwest side of the church that will be designed to enhance connections and fellowship with each other, and to foster a sense of connection and outreach to the community. The space will include a full gymnasium with a stage, large gathering area, industrial size kitchen, and six classrooms.

Our Need

Our prayer is to raise enough funds to retire the current mortgage and pay for the new space - all by June 2011. In order to do this, we need at least $3 million. The wonderful result of this plan is that we would be debt-free in three years so that we can then use all giving directly for ministry!
